Objective(s) of the session:
- Categorize activities using the criteria urgent/not urgent and important/not important, and put them in the according time management quadrants
- Use the Eisenhower method to manage the activities in every quadrant
- Be able to explain time management techniques using The Quadrants of Effectiveness game
- Know on which activities to focus to decrease the time you spend in firefighting mode
