  • Presentation
  • Genuine sharing of experiences
  • Interaction with participants
  • Very interactive session
  • New topic that is not that much handled in the Agile conferences
  • This of the sessions that reminds me of what I clearly knwo but sometimes forget to do in stress situations
  • Energetic gathering despite the fact that it's just after a break
  • Physical movement during the meeting keeps it active
  • Spontaneous way of presenting!
  • The idea itself
  • Simple, clear, fun
  • Good speaking skills
  • Draws attention
  • Nice and personal info
  • Good advice
  • Exercise pn "moving In" :-)
  • Interaction with the audience
  • "Open up" exercise
  • Music at entrance and during exercise
  • It was interactive
  • It was relevant to all (all roles and jobs)
  • Well-structured, fun, enlightening
  • Honest and good ???
  • Concentration on one message
  • Practical exercise: you feel it
  • Content, examples, games
  • Practical, clear, simple steps
  • Active, lots of discussion
  • Really good mix between intro/presentation and exercise. Great session!
  • Easy going
  • The presenter obviously has the skills already to give a nice and open presentation
  • The sharing experience and the personal examples (the real situations)
  • It was fun! Easy to remember steps to apply when I get home
  • Nice atmosphere
  • Good presentation
  • Timed well
  • Very good tips/theories
  • Good interaction
  • It was perfect: the right amount of interaction, theory, experiences
  • I have my "target" already in mind
  • Interaction
  • Very good presentation

To improve

  • More exercises and self-reflection
  • Some role play?
  • More references to things like "crucial conversations" or any other input
  • Missed stakeholders as our customers somehow
  • If possible more in depth material on business communication/relationships
  • What about the elephant in the room? Sexuality.
  • Interact with a second presenter?
  • Less obvious examples
  • Be more critical about these techniques: some people are more complex and you can't always approach them the same way (indirectly, via conflict...)
  • Too interactive for an introvert like me
  • Be less like a psychological session at the end
  • Maybe 60 mins should be enough
  • As there was some time left, I would have let some groups share their "opening line"
  • Nothing, keep spreading the word
  • Maybe a bridge between stakeholders and flirting in general (what the session was about)
  • Stronger link to Agile and Business Value
