  •    Idea of getting in a solution state
  •    Practical
  •    I really want to start using the status games

  •    Topic
  •    Recognising patterns in my own work and how to change it

To improve

  •    Duo presentation could use a bit more rest, swap presenters every other slide
  •    Make exercises more focused
  •    Less switching between the speakers (not suited for every slide)
  •    The information inside slides
  •    Do a longer session to elaborate more
  •    3 topics in 1 hour is short
  •    Add more material to get feedback afterwards (links, books etc.)
  •    Being yourself is also important
  •    Make the presentation a bit shorter (the exercises require more time)
  •    Don’t use 2 remotes for slides! J
  •    Give more examples on how to act as an adult
  •    Too many slides in the beginning
  •    Examples could be longer
  •    Longer session (90 mins) with more exercises
  •    More time, to go into it in more detail
  •    Take more time, it’s too short
  •    Prepare opening sentences (in a certain state) for the exercises?µ
  •    Control the time a little better to leave more time for the last exercise + questions
  •    Talk less
  •    Focus on debriefing (extracting knowledge)
  •    Have observer/participants
  •    Less talking/intro at beginning
  •    Improve connection to topic at  beginning
  •    More time for exercises & discussion
  •    Final/extra exercise on applying these in our work situations
  •    More new stuff!
  •    It was presented from the perspective of a coach, how do we apply it?
  •    Make intro shorter (only the wordle game is ok)
  •    More time for practice
  •    A little more time for exercises, may be skip 1 tool
  •    Provide pointers to further material
